Your USCIS Filing Companion for Family ImmigrationComplete Your Immigration Case With Confidence

Answer questions in your own language, organize your evidence, know what's missing before you file, and submit to USCIS with confidence.

Upload documents if you have them. If not, just tell us your story.

Upload what you have — the system tracks what's missing

Passports, birth certificates, marriage certificate, IDs. You don't need every document to get started — upload the ones you have. Our platform reads each one, extracts the data, and keeps a live checklist showing exactly what's still needed.

Don't worry. We'll give you feedback on each document you upload, suggestions for providing any missing ones, and even a legibility rating of every page.

USCIS is going digital

USCIS accepts filings.
ImmigrationUSA helps you prepare them.

When you upload a package on USCIS.gov, all of your statements and descriptions must be in English, evidence must already be organized and complete. We hand you a package with all documents translated and in the order USCIS wants. When ready, you transfer your data from ImmigrationUSA directly to the USCIS.gov online forms.

Case readiness

Know what's missing
before USCIS does.

ImmigrationUSA reviews your case and helps identify missing documents, incomplete evidence, and common filing problems — before submission.

The hardest part of immigration is not filling out forms. It is missing support documentation. ImmigrationUSA's Intelligent Navigator lets you know of common errors before you file.

An honest note. ImmigrationUSA is an Intelligent Navigator — a case-preparation aide. We help you assemble and organize a complete filing, but we cannot guarantee that USCIS will approve your case or that they will not issue a Request for Evidence. Many factors are outside our control. You are responsible for carefully reviewing your forms and supporting materials before you file.

From questions to USCIS-ready — in minutes, not weeks.

ImmigrationUSA gets your case ready before you touch the portal.

01

Answer questions in your language

The Intelligent Navigator walks you through your case in the language you're most comfortable using. Speak or type — 16 supported languages. No form-filling anxiety.

02

Upload documents

Upload your documents in seconds — either by transferring saved files from your device, or by using your phone's camera to take a snapshot and upload photos directly to ImmigrationUSA.

03

Data is read & extracted

ImmigrationUSA reads your uploaded documents, extracts the facts, and drops them into the right fields — you never retype anything.

04

Organize your evidence

Snap or upload passports, birth certificates, marriage documents, and family photos. We caption them in English and group them exactly the way USCIS wants.

05

Review your readiness

A plain-English readiness report shows what's complete and what still needs attention — before you touch the USCIS portal. Fix anything with one tap.

06

Submit to USCIS

Open the Filing Companion. ImmigrationUSA walks you section by section through the USCIS online form — you review, you upload, you submit — using your own USCIS account.

You don't have to finish in one sitting.

Your progress saves automatically every time you type, upload, or click. Log out, close the tab, take a walk, dig through a shoebox for a missing birth certificate, or come back next week — everything you entered will be waiting exactly where you left it. Most families work on their case across 3–5 short sessions as they collect documents. That's normal, and the app is built for it.

FOUNDER · U.S. IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY
BAR ADMISSIONS
Virginia State Bar — since 1980
American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)
The attorney behind the software

35+ years of U.S. immigration law, poured into one product.

ImmigrationUSA was designed by Thomas Williams, Esq., a Virginia-licensed attorney who has spent his entire career — more than three and a half decades — inside U.S. immigration law. He has personally prepared, reviewed, and filed cases across the full spectrum of family-based, employment-based, and consular matters.

He built this tool because he watched families waste weeks retyping the same names, dates, and addresses into forms — and then still miss the small things USCIS cares about most. ImmigrationUSA turns the documents you already have into an organized, filing-ready packet that you review and approve before anything leaves your printer.

“I wanted families to walk into USCIS with the same organized, complete case file that a good attorney would hand them — without having to hire one just to type it up.”

— Thomas Williams, Esq., Founder

On confidentiality: your case belongs to you. You choose how long we keep it, you export a ZIP whenever you want, and you can permanently delete every trace of it with one confirmed click. That's how a lawyer would treat your file, and it's how ImmigrationUSA treats it too.

The ImmigrationUSA difference

Stop typing forms. Start uploading documents.

Traditional form-fillers ask you to become a data-entry clerk. We do the opposite — you photograph your documents, we build the case.

Getting started
The old way
Read a 12-page instruction PDF. Guess which form applies to you.
ImmigrationUSA
Answer one question — who are you sponsoring? We pick the right form automatically.
Entering family information
The old way
Retype every name, date, and place of birth from each document — usually twice.
ImmigrationUSA
Upload the document once. We read it and fill the forms for you.
Foreign-language documents
The old way
Pay a translator, wait days, retype the results into English on the form.
ImmigrationUSA
Upload in the original language. We read 15+ languages including Korean, Mandarin, Hindi, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Tagalog.
Catching mistakes
The old way
Hope you didn't fat-finger a date or misspell a name across three forms.
ImmigrationUSA
Every field is shown next to the source document — mismatches are flagged before you file.
The filing package
The old way
Print, staple, hunt for the correct mailing address, assemble evidence yourself, then hope USCIS still accepts paper.
ImmigrationUSA
Completed I-130 + I-130A, organized evidence with English photo captions, cover letter — everything named and ordered so you upload straight into your USCIS online account.
Optional attorney review
The old way
$1,500–$4,000 flat fee, then you still do the paperwork.
ImmigrationUSA
Invite a licensed U.S. immigration attorney to review your finished case in read-only mode. Pay only if you want the review.
Try it free — upload your first document

Free to start. For the base tier, you pay only when your packet is ready to file. The optional Form Coach add-on ($10) is paid when your forms are ready to be populated — and is fully credited against your final case fee. You never pay more than the quoted price.

You're always in control.

Unlike fully-automated services, ImmigrationUSA never submits anything without your knowledge. You choose what to include, when to review it, and when to file.

  • Review every form
  • Edit information
  • Upload additional documents
  • Request professional review
  • Decide when to file

No forms are submitted without your approval.

Want a second set of eyes? Invite a licensed immigration attorney to review your case in a read-only workspace before filing — optional professional review is available whenever you want extra peace of mind.

Your privacy is our first job

Your case belongs to you. Nobody else.

We know why you're worried about where your immigration information goes. Every choice we've made — from where our servers live to how we handle a subpoena — was made by Thomas Williams, Esq. — a fully licensed U.S. immigration attorney with 35+ years of experience exclusively handling U.S. immigration cases — with families like yours in mind.

U.S. servers, always

Your documents and case data are stored on secure U.S.-based servers. Nothing is ever hosted outside the country. Your paperwork does not travel — full stop.

Encrypted end-to-end

Every document you upload is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) — the same standards trusted by U.S. banks and hospitals. Even we cannot read your password.

Private by default

We do not sell, rent, or share your data. No ad trackers. No Google Analytics. We only disclose information if a U.S. court legally compels us — and even then, we notify you first when the law allows.

A note for immigrant families: we understand the fear of putting sensitive information online. We do not share data with any immigration enforcement agency voluntarily. We require a lawful subpoena or court order to release your file — the same protection your paper attorney's file receives — and we log every access to your case.

A hidden benefit

More than a filing — a complete case file, organized for life.

ImmigrationUSA doesn't just help you prepare an immigration filing. It creates a complete, organized record of everything you submitted — forms, answers, documents, explanations, addendums, cover letter, and exhibit list — in one downloadable PDF and ZIP package.

If USCIS ever sends you a Request for Evidence (RFE), a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID), or any follow-up question — sometimes months or years later — the very first thing your attorney will ask is: "Do you have a copy of what was filed?" With ImmigrationUSA, the answer is always yes.

Built for families

Purpose-built for family-based petitions.

Everything you need to prepare and file a family-based petition — and nothing you don't. Documents stay in your hands. You review every field before anything is filed.

Monthly Visa Bulletin tracker — always know your place in line

Every case tracks its priority date against the State Department's monthly Visa Bulletin. On the 15th of every month we auto-fetch the new cutoffs, calculate exactly how many months behind (or ahead) you are, and email an update to the petitioner, beneficiary, and any linked attorney — for every case, every month, whether current or backlogged.

Available in multiple languages

Complete your case in the language you're most comfortable using. Upload documents in their original language — Spanish, 中文, हिन्दी, Tagalog, Tiếng Việt, and more.

Simple document upload — with instant quality feedback

Snap a photo of a passport, birth certificate, or marriage license from anywhere. We rate every scan for USCIS readability the moment it's uploaded — if the lighting is poor, the paper is folded, or a corner is cut off, we tell you before it becomes an RFE. Upload the clearest copies you have.

USCIS Upload-Ready package

One click generates your cover letter, completed I-130 + I-130A, G-1450 (fee), organized evidence with English photo captions, and a printable readiness checklist — everything named and ordered so you can upload straight into your USCIS online account.

Optional professional review

Invite a licensed immigration attorney to review your case in a read-only workspace. They can flag anything they want changed before you file — you stay in control.

Secure document protection

Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. Only you (and any attorney you invite) can see them. Delete anytime — no dark-pattern retention.

For spouses, parents, children & siblings

Petition your spouse, parent, unmarried children, or siblings. One case per beneficiary — with a one-click shortcut to reuse petitioner details across siblings.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions families ask most

How does pricing work when I'm filing for multiple family members?

Your first I-130 petition is $699. Each additional I-130 petition filed by the same petitioner — for example, a spouse plus a child, or a spouse plus a parent — is $475. Derivative family members who ride on someone else's I-130 (for example, unmarried minor children of the primary beneficiary in preference-category petitions) are included at no additional cost. Consular Processing (DS-260) is handled separately when you reach that stage — see below.

Is ImmigrationUSA a law firm?

No. ImmigrationUSA is a self-serve preparation platform designed by a licensed U.S. immigration attorney (in practice since 1980, 35+ years handling immigration cases exclusively). We help you prepare and organize your paperwork — you review every form before submission. For legal advice specific to your situation, you can invite a licensed attorney to review your case through our optional professional review.

What forms does ImmigrationUSA prepare?

The Prepare & File plan generates a complete USCIS Upload-Ready package: Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative), Form I-130A (biographic information for spouses), Form G-1450 (fee authorization), a cover letter, and an organized evidence set with English photo captions — everything named and ordered so you can upload it straight into your USCIS online account. Once your I-130 is approved and it's time for Consular Processing, we handle that stage separately (see next question).

Which family relationships are supported?

Spouses, unmarried children, parents (if you're a U.S. citizen 21 or older), and siblings (if you're a U.S. citizen 21 or older). All family-based I-130 use cases are supported.

Do you handle Consular Processing (DS-260)?

Yes — but it's a separate stage that begins only after your I-130 is approved by USCIS. When you reach that step, your case seamlessly continues on this platform to complete the DS-260 filing. The Consular Processing fee is a separate charge at that time (ask us for the current price if you'd like to know in advance). For now, the $699 you see is for your first complete I-130 petition only — no DS-260 fee is bundled in.

What if my documents are not in English?

Upload documents in their original language — Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Arabic, and many more. Our platform reads your documents and helps you organize the required information into your USCIS forms.

When do I pay?

Never at signup. You only pay when you're ready to generate your final USCIS Upload-Ready package. If you decide the platform isn't the right fit before then, you owe nothing. The Case Coach is now included in every case at no extra cost.

Can I invite my own attorney to review my case?

Yes. You can invite any licensed immigration attorney to review your case in a read-only workspace before you file — at no additional cost from us. Just enter their email address from your case dashboard.

How secure is my data?

Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. Only you and any attorney you invite can see your case. You can delete your case and its documents at any time. We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers.
